Step back in time to the roaring 1920s, and join us for an unforgettable evening at The Prohibition Ball at Nelson's Green Brier Distillery in the historic Marathon Motor Works building. Embrace the charm and mystique of the speakeasy era as we gather for a night of glamour, entertainment, and fundraising to support our 2026-2027 artistic programming.
Live Jazz Entertainment: Immerse yourself in the Jazz Age with live performances by local musicians and featured vocalist Piper Jones.
Drinks & Hors d’oeuvres: Indulge in a selection of wine, cocktails, and mocktails featuring Nelson's Green Brier Distillery's finest spirits. Pair your drinks with delicious hors d’oeuvres by the distillery’s restaurant.
Silent Auction: Bid on exclusive items and experiences generously donated by local businesses and supporters, with all proceeds going towards Street Theatre Company's mission to create modern, innovative theatre.
VIP Experiences: Treat yourself to an exclusive VIP ticket and explore Nelson's Green Brier Distillery's historic venue with guided tours, exclusive performances, and immersive experiences that transport you back to the Prohibition era. A Premium VIP Experience is available for those who would like an extended view into distillery operations with an opportunity to bottle your very own whiskey straight from the barrel.

Doors open for VIP guests at 5:00 PM, offering an exclusive early start to the evening. Enjoy a welcome glass of champagne on arrival and a private spirit tasting experience. VIP admission also includes reserved seating, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, two drink tickets (wine, cocktails, and mocktails), live music, early access to our silent auction, and a private immersive entertainment experience.

The Crème de la crème experience
