The Lightning Thief:
THE PERCY JACKSON MUSICAL
As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly-discovered powers he can’t control, a destiny he doesn’t want, and a mythology textbook’s worth of monsters on his trail. When Zeus’ master lightning bolt is stolen and Percy becomes the prime suspect, he has to find and return the bolt to prove his innocence and prevent a war between the gods. But to succeed on his quest, Percy will have to do more than catch the thief. He must travel to the Underworld and back; solve the riddle of the Oracle, which warns him of betrayal by a friend; and come to terms with the father who abandoned him.

SIX THE MUSICAL
TEEN EDITION
Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the mic to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century girl power! This new original musical is the global sensation that everyone is losing their head over.
At its heart, SIX is about celebrating the talent and individuality of the women and non-binary people onstage. The Queens should therefore be played by cis women, trans women, trans people and people who exist beyond the gender binary in any capacity, who feel on a personal level that this is their story to tell. The cast can be expanded to include backup singers and dancers of all gender identities.
AUDITION INFO
Our 2026 summer camp is for students in grades 5-12 (rising). Students of all gender identities and racial backgrounds are strongly encouraged to participate. Please prepare a 32-bar cut in the appropriate show style. Please bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist is provided. Tracks, pre-recordings, and self-accompaniment are not allowed.
Auditions will take place on March 30th and 31st from 6:30-8:30 pm at James Lawson High School at 8001 Hwy 70 S, Nashville, TN 37221.
Video auditions will be accepted through 3/31. Virtual auditions must be submitted using the form found HERE.

Day Camp/performance info
Rehearsals will be held as two separate summer day camps, Monday-Friday, 10 am-4 pm. Students may audition to participate in one or both camps.
The Lightning Thief Camp will be held July 6-17, 2026. Performances will be held July 17-18, with two performances on Saturday.
Six The Musical Camp will be held July 20-31. Performances will be held July 31-Aug 2, with two performances on Saturday and a matinee on Sunday.

tuition
ClassAct Dramatics is a tuition-based program. Tuition for each camp is $250/week, $500 total.
Financial aid
Financial aid is available. We do our best to ensure every student is able to participate, regardless of their financial situation.
