Media Release Form
Dear Parent/Guardian,
As part of marketing STC’s programming, we take photographs and short videos that may be used for promotional and development purposes.
Below is a consent form asking for your permission for us to use media content of your child for advertising, marketing, or grant development purposes.
For We Are The Tigers, some promo shots will use a flame effect using a bubble solution made of water, soap, and butane. (see example photo at the bottom of this page) This solution provides a flash flame effect and extinguishes quickly. We will apply this solution to pompom props, and it will not come into contact with skin or clothing. Everyone in the cast will be given the option to use flames or not.
