Ticket sales are done primarily online. All tickets have seat
numbers and are reserved. Just print your ticket at home and give it to
the usher at the theatre door. No waiting in line at the box office!
If you would like to purchase by phone, please call 615-554-7414 and leave
a message. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.
Please email the Box
Office if you have a special seating request.
On show nights, Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain. We accept
Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover and, of course, cash and check. *Due to high
volume of patrons at show time we cannot guarantee to be able to answer
the phone. If you reach the voice mailbox during normal business
hours it is because we are currently helping other patrons or have stepped
away from the phone. Please leave your name, phone number, and reason
for calling and we will return your phone call as quickly as possible.
All ticket sales are final. Once you purchase your tickets,
you are not eligible to receive a refund or any type of compensation if
you cannot or do not attend a performance for any reason. Depending on
availability, it may be possible to switch tickets to another night of
the same show.
For the respect, comfort and safety of the patrons who arrived on time,
if you arrive after the show has started, you will be seated in the back
of the theatre (at the House Manager’s discretion) until intermission.
At that time, an usher will be happy to show you your assigned seats.
Refunds or other compensation cannot be given if a ticket holder misses
any or all of an event or show if that ticket holder arrives or attempts
to enter the theater after the scheduled event or show time.
Knowledge of show content and appropriateness is assumed when you purchase
your tickets. You are responsible for knowledge of the content of
the performance for which you purchase tickets. Content which may be objectionable
cannot be used as a reason to receive a refund or any type of compensation
for tickets already purchased, including season tickets. Opinions regarding
the appropriateness of a particular show can vary from person to person.
On request, STC can help you find materials to help you make your decision
before you purchase your tickets. Once purchased, tickets may not be returned,
refunded, or exchanged if you do not like, are offended by, or find anything
objectionable regarding the content of the performance purchased.
Please contact our Box Office Manager, Amanda Middagh
at boxoffice@streettheatrecompany.org
or 554-7414 with
any questions. Street Theatre is handicapped accessible.
